I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. My nephew ordered a plate of orange chicken and chow mein, and while eating, he found a piece of hair on one of the chicken pieces. I went inside to politely let the staff know and asked if we could receive a refund. The manager told me to bring the plate in, saying they would be able to process it. After my mom brought the plate back, a cashier informed me they would only refund the chicken portion, which came out to about $3. Considering the entire plate cost around $11, I found that completely unreasonable. Once there’s a hair in the food, there’s no way to know if there were more contaminants, and it ruins your appetite in the entire meal. A partial refund for only one item does not make sense when the whole plate has been compromised. What made the situation even worse was the manager’s attitude. I overheard her make a sarcastic comment saying, “Don’t know why you would still want a refund if you already ate half of the plate.” That comment was unprofessional and disrespectful. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The first issue I noticed, was I was missing one entree, when I paid for 2. The second thing I noticed is what really grossed me out. I found hairs in my food. They look like pubic hairs or rodent hairs...can't tell which. Don't come to this panda express unless you want hairs in your food!! I called the store multiple times and they did not answer. I was too far from the location to go back. This is why I never come to panda express 😒

I try for My Son recommended this restaurant when we are here USA 2006 World Cup last day , test is very good, portion is compeering Chipotle is a little small, also beverage options

I love panda a lot. I usually buy noodles or Choi M with super greens, but I have observed that when we’re in line, the Hispanics who serve the food give a lot of food to their people than the rest of other people who are not their kind. The food isn’t for free. We pay for it. If it was for free, I wouldn’t bother at all. It just hurts that food we pay for, you don’t get the same quantity giving to other race. This is wrong and it has to come to an end. If you doubt me, you can check your camera footage. Apart from the location at Citadel Mall, CA, there’s this particular one on MARYLAND PKWY just before Sea food city , diagonally across the street close to Flamingo St in Las Vegas, NV which does the same thing. This observation has been made by me for almost a year. Guys, this generation doesn’t want this. Please stop. Please investigate this. Thank you!

Service - the service was fast and friendly. The representative was nice with how she carried herself. At that time they didn't have water so she offered a small drink as complimentary. Quality - the food was warm and at a great temperature. The food also was season correctly. I ordered the big plate which comes with 2 entrees and 1 side. The orange chicken was good, lo mein was amazing and the super greens were also good. Cost - the price of the plate was less than 12$ in which made me happy. I was able to eat at a low cost. It is definitely budget-friendly.
